Shipping Methods
Transport and Deliveries

The delivery of our products is immediate after confirming availability.

You can receive the products as follows:

A) From our store
Mon/Wed: 09:00-15:00
Tue/Thu/Fri: 09:00-15:00 and 18:00-20:30
Sat: 09:00-14:30

B) By Courier
Standard delivery is usually the next business day. Our company has a special pricing agreement with ELTA Courier.

C) By Transport Company
Delivery is made to the central warehouses or distribution points of the transport company in your area. Home delivery is available (depending on the area) upon request at an additional cost, which you agree upon with the transport company.

D) By ELTA (Hellenic Post)
Pickup is from your nearest post office. The usual delivery time is 3 business days, and items shipped this way must not exceed 20 kg.

13) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices.

With General Postal Services (Geniki Taxydromiki):

Attica:
Base charge: €2.80 up to 2kg, +€0.70 per additional kg.
Cash on delivery: €3.60
Extra charges:
Special morning delivery: +€2.80
Saturday delivery: +€2.50

Mainland Destinations:
Base charge: €2.80 up to 2kg, +€0.80 per additional kg.
Cash on delivery: €3.80

Islands:
Base charge: €3.10 up to 2kg, +€1.10 per additional kg.
Cash on delivery: €4.00

Remote Areas:
Base charge: €7.00 up to 2kg, +€1.40 per additional kg.
Cash on delivery: €7.40

The shipping cost is included in the purchase invoice or retail receipt and is paid with the total amount.

We are not responsible for:
A) Delays caused by the carrier. Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer, and products travel at their own risk. The company https://thinkgarage.gr/ is not liable for damages during transport.
B) Delays due to force majeure.

14) Order Delays

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  1. Supplier delays – Sometimes suppliers delay shipments beyond the usual timeframe. In such cases, we will inform you and propose an alternative. If you do not agree, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made.

  2. Product unavailability – Occasionally, suppliers may discontinue or delay products unexpectedly. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

  3. Communication issues – If we cannot reach you by phone or email to confirm your order or clarify details.

  4. Extreme weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.

  5. Emergency situations (e.g., pandemic), where delivery times may differ from standard estimates.

Our store is not responsible for courier delivery delays. During holidays, your order may be delayed. In such cases, you will be notified in your cart before completing your purchase with the estimated downtime and exact reopening date. Store closure dates are also posted on our homepage for your convenience.
